The all new Samsung Focus Smartphone - Touchphone - AMOLED screen phone...oh, and windows 7 phone...
So, what do we make of the latest smartphone from the South Korean electronics giant??
Well, let's mention the last adjective when describing this beast...it's a Windows 7 phone built upon Qualcomm's 1-GHz QSD8250 chipset. Most, if not all, Windows 7 phones have been developed around this architecture. So, this hardware foundation is nothing new in the communication industrys' engineering labs. Other specs to mention include HSDPA 7.2, Wi-Fi, a 5-megapixel camera, 8GB of built RAM and possible a MicroSD card up to 32GB being introduced at a later date. There is no hard keyboard so it has a purely touchscreen keypad/keyboard.
The US market should be seeing this cellphone on the shelves on the 8th of November 2010 for about $199.99 on contract.
